During the class your child will experience many benefits, of which some include:
Being able to recite and memorize the Quran (Book of Allah) with Tajweed (correct and required method of recitation)
Establish a healthy and positive relationship with their teachers, the Masjid and most importantly the Quran.
Make friends with their fellow Muslim peers
Be inspired to excel and further their Islamic knowledge and put this into practice.

Every year the teachers at the Meadowvale Islamic Center arrange a program during Ramadan and Zil Hijj to educate and reinforce the concepts and the significance of the two Eids celebrated by all Muslims.
MIC has two (2) table tennis tables and 16– 18 participants play every Friday. A great stress reliever and played in a jovial and fun-filled environment. Tea is also served.
In 2009, MIC also arranged for a table tennis competition for youth and adult men in order to provide a sporting activity during the Winter season. During the successful event all participants received certificates and t-shirts. Winners received trophies.
